Tender description

Removal of existing heat emitters and heating distribution pipework throughout the main school, with the installation of new low surface temperature radiators and replacement heating pipework. Some ceiling works to access the pipework and new boxing in of exposed pipework droppers also to be included. An element of asbestos clearance works in the form of old pipework gaskets.
