Warehousing, mailing fulfilment and distribution services requirements for AHDB

AHDB produces a wide range of technical publications that seek to inform, educate and provide our levy paying stakeholders with up-to-date information on all future trends and developments within the industry. Marketing campaigns are organized and promoted by AHDB throughout the year. These are fulfilled and dispatched from resources held by the warehouse facility. Under this procurement, AHDB is seeking a sole supplier to provide all warehousing, mailing and fulfilment services, along with storage of printed matter, from single sheet flyers, multi-page brochures and any marketing aids and tools which are to be entered into an inventory according to the ordering AHDB sector. Over the course of a typical year, AHDB requires storage for approximately 300 standard UK size pallets (1200mm x 1000mm x 1,200mm high x 1 tonne max weight), most palletised items are stored in cartons or in multi-tier bins and protected by plastic as required. This contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in yearly increments. The successful sole supplier must be able to provide the core range of services whilst remaining cost-effective and providing excellent account management and build relationships with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team and other key AHDB stakeholders.
