Tender description

Completion of Tender - Tenders shall be submitted on the form of tender supplied at PART 5, which the tenderer is required to sign (scan and submit as attachment to email submission). This is an e-Tender process and all tenders must be made, issued in accordance with the E-Tendering Procedures before 12.00 pm on Tuesday 30th August 2022 clearly stating on the subject line: “Security Services IDA Portlaoise Business & Technology Park Tender Documentation” with a signed PART 5 Form of Tender (scan) Prices shall be in Euro. Rates and prices shall be exclusive of VAT The employers are not bound to accept the lowest or any tender submitted, nor will the tenderer be remunerated for any expenses incurred in the preparation of this tender. Omission in Pricing - Should any item in the schedules be left unpriced by the tenderer, the cost of such items shall be deemed to be included in the tender. The tenderer shall be responsible for obtaining all information necessary for completion of the tender. The tenderer shall be deemed to have inspected and fully understand all the documents submitted before tendering. No extra charge will be allowed in consequence of any misunderstanding by the contractor, nor on grounds of inadequate or inaccurate information. The Current Security Service on the park is provided by Key Guard Security.
