Available funding for the services element of the contract? £33k pa The Council's available funding for the Services element of the contract is £33k pa. This is an annual fixed sum. Please note, bidders should NOT exceed this sum in their bid as the Council has reserved the right to exclude any bidder whose tendered price exceeds the available funding. Available funding for the care technology goods element of the contract? £50k pa The Council's available funding for the goods element of the contract - the Care Technology goods - is £50k pa. Like the services element of the funding, this is an annual fixed sum. Contract value (£)? Therefore, for procurement purposes, the estimated lifetime value of the contract is expressed as £33k pa for the services element + £50k pa for Care Technology goods = £83k x (3+3+3 =) 9 years = £747k NB: Service Users have the option to buy additional care technology and services that exceed the funding allocated to them by the Council for their assessed needs.
