RFI for Digital Evidence Management system

Tender description

West Mercia Police (WMP) are submitting this RFI to help us understand the current landscape of providers and capabilities of a Digital Evidence Management system (DEMS). The information gathered as part of this exercise will help develop our knowledge in this arena and to facility our detailed requirements capture and decision making ability. We are keen to understand approx. costing of such solution either based on requirements below or from other case studies The definition of a DEM for WMP perspective is around the ability to ingest from public as well as from different policing department all forms of digital evidence and the ability to share, store and delete that information as per WMP requirements Note: we are present are not looking to store entire digital assets at this stage but would like to understand costs if we decide to in the future and the system must have the ability to be become a full digital evidence and assets management system, as opposed to the current objective of digital evidence management
