Printing of Floral Pavilion What’s On Guide brochure

This contract is primarily for the printing and delivery of the Floral Pavilion Theatre, New Brighton’s What’s On Guides which are currently published three times a year. The Floral Pavilion is seeking to appoint a printer for these publications for a 3 year term. The publication has a 50,000 print run of which 20,000 need to be delivered to a mailing house, 10,000 to distribution agency and the remaining 20,000 to the Floral Pavilion. The contract is for 3 years to be renewed on an annual basis at the same price originally offered for the period: 03/07/2017 to 02/07/2020 to be reviewed and renewed on an annual basis.
