Tender description

This supplier is used to provide respite and education to a child with extremely complex needs. This service was sourced by commissioning for the fostering service as it is a contract they already have set up for their side of the service. The child is using this service every month and we are receiving monthly invoices of up to and more recently over £1000. This arrangement has been in place for the child since last financial year and has been agreed by the current head of service because if the nan (foster carer) doesn't get this support from options, the placement will break down and we will be unable to place the child in mainstream foster care due to his complex needs.
