GB-Shrewsbury: Maintenance of Swimming Pool Dosing Equipment

Tender description

The delivery of the works undertaken by the Contractor under this Contract shall enable the Council to discharge their responsibility for the maintenance of swimming pool dosing equipment in various Shropshire Council maintained properties along with those of other external client to the Council. The delivery of this contract shall comply with BS EN 15288-2:2018 Swimming Pools for Public Use. Safety Requirements for Operation. And HSG179: Managing Health and Safety in Swimming Pools. The visits are to be within the months shown in the Schedule of Properties - Schedule 2 and shall not lapse the date given. Inspections are permitted to be undertaken up to 2 weeks early The contract will be for the period 1st November 2022 to 31st March 2026 Thereafter, the contract may be extended for a further 2 years (up to March 2028) subject to satisfactory performance during the contract year and the agreement of the costs for the ensuing 12 months.
