Details

Duration
10 months
Published

Tender description

Tenders are invited to carry out a review of the available scientific evidence on the direct and indirect detriment associated with the presence of AMR genes and their combination in the food chain. In addition to evidence in the literature, expert elicitation should be considered where important gaps in knowledge are identified. It is anticipated that the data gathered will be used to develop an updatable relational database which will allow the FSA to assess the potential detriment of AMR genes in bacteria in food as part of their AMR risk assessments.
