Tender description

There will be a countywide Community Wellbeing and Resilience Service, tackling Health Inequalities at its heart and using new methodology to deliver support for wellbeing at large scale and over time. This service will deliver health improvement programmes, including but not limited to, smoking cessation, weight management and NHS health checks, and will also focus on addressing broader determinants and working directly with communities to harness community assets for wellbeing. Lot 1: It was a restricted procurement process with bidders required to complete and pass the SSQ prior to being invited to the ITT stage. With the top four scoring bidders from the SSQ stage to be taken through to the ITT. Additional information: The contract value has been estimated at £5,911,567 per annum and a total of £45,519,065.90 but with an additional 10% allowance for un-foreseen potential services to be added at a later date.
