CLA Education - CLA PEP and Data Collection Services

Tender description

The CLA PEP & Data Collection Service comprises of two key elements as follows: The collection of a defined set of data for Children Looked After (CLA) by Cumbria County Council. This data set is as follows, School Attendance / School Suspensions / Academic Progress (Attainment). This data is collected (from those schools attended by the CLA) by the supplier and provided to the council’s virtual school electronically on an agreed basis dependent on data type (daily in the case of absences). And A cloud-based electronic Personal Education Plan service used by the council’s virtual school and other parties (teachers and social workers) involved in the CLA’s education to track attainment and education action plans for the CLA. This includes the process to request, approve and monitor Pupil Premium+ (PP+) funding. The services were procured under a single contract from a single supplier and only bids meeting mandatory requirements were assessed.. Lot 1: Commissioned and procured in line with the council's Contract Procedure Rules and advertised in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations. Stage 1 was a pass / fail list of mandatory requirements and those that did not meet all of these were disqualified from the written tender / price assessment.
