Business Case Development for Tipperary Town Food Hub

Tipperary Town Revitalisation CLG wish to engage suitably qualified consultants to develop a detailed business case in relation to the development of a purpose-built Food Hub in Tipperary Town to support the further development of the food sector. A project steering group will be established to oversee the study and support the work of the chosen consultancy & design team. The scope of the study will include (but not be limited to): • Strategic Assessment of several identified sites in consultation with the project steering group and other stakeholders with a view towards identifying the most beneficial location for the proposed development • Market Feasibility including data analysis, needs assessment, robust SWOT analysis and concept development • Financial Feasibility including full five-year projections and P & L, risk assessment, identify funding sources and potential commercial or public partners and develop a full five-year business plan for the project • Technical Development including site-specific concept and phased delivery plan in consultation with the project steering group, develop detailed drawing, visual impressions & modelling, appraisal of infrastructural and planning issues etc. The project will be approached at all levels with sustainability in mind and will utilise all relevant green technologies within this high-level design.
