Baile an tSagairt (Galway) Industrial Estate - WWTP Upgrade

Tender description

The Contract will be a DBO type contact (FIDIC GOLD) for the replacement of the existing wastewater treatment plant at Údarás na Gaeltachta’s Baile an tSagairt Industrial Estate in County Galway. The replacement WWTP will be designed to treat a biological load of 400PE with max flows of 180m3/d. The works will primarily involve the decommissioning/demolition of existing infrastructure and the provision of new MEICA and civil upgrade works, consisting primarily of: inlet works, (screening and inlet flow monitoring), balance tank, all-in-one RBC-type package plant and final flow monitoring. The contract will also include a 1-year Operation Service Period. Dearfar an t-ionad cóireála fuíolluisce uasghrádaithe chun cóireáil a dhéanamh ar ualach bitheolaíoch 400PE agus uassreafaí de 180m3/d. Is é a bheidh i gceist go príomha leis na hoibreacha díchoimisiúnú/scartáil an bhonneagair atá ann cheana agus soláthar oibreacha nua de chuid MEICA agus oibreacha uasghrádaithe sibhialta, arb é atá iontu go príomha: oibreacha ionraoin, (scagadh agus monatóireacht ar shreabhadh ionraoin), umar comhardaithe, gléasra pacáiste uile-i-aon RBC agus monatóireacht ar shreabhadh deiridh. Beidh Tréimhse Seirbhíse Oibríochta 1 bhliain sa chonradh freisin.
