Tender description
The Council employs a building maintenance division called BTS which is also a trading arm of the Council. They use direct labour as well as sub-contractors The purpose of this tender is to set up an Internal frame work of roofing support contractors with the view to award a primary provider for each lot on a reactive and small works basis and up to a maximum of 3 contingents to provide support as required by the council.
