<p>This REPLACES the previous Prior Information Notice, as tender documentation is now available (please ensure that you access the ITT Event / Activity for this - documents can be found in the first question of the Online Questionnaire, but to see these you will first need to click on "Start my response" followed by "Edit" next to the Question set, and "Answer question" next to the first question).</p> <p>An ESPO national framework which covers a range of security and surveillance solutions including public and private space CCTV, access control, intruder detection, independent security consultancy, ANPR cameras and body worn cameras.</p> <p>Lot 1 - Public Space Surveillance Systems<br>Lot 2 - Private Space Surveillance Systems<br>Lot 3 - Access Control Systems<br>Lot 4 - Intruder Detection Systems<br>Lot 5 - Integrated Security Solutions<br>Lot 6 - Independent Security Consultancy Services<br>Lot 7 - Body Worn Video (BWV) Cameras<br>Lot 8 - Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) Cameras</p> <p>Tenderers bidding for Lot 6 cannot bid for any other Lot on this Framework.</p> <p>The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.</p> <p>ESPO shall monitor the financial stability of the awarded Suppliers during the period of the Framework Agreement by reference to credit ratings agency reports.<br><br>ESPO shall obtain a credit score (determined by the use of a credit rating agency) for the Supplier on or before the Framework start date as a base score and where a significant change in the credit score is identified over the life of the Framework, ESPO reserves the right to investigate the reasons for this significant change. Depending on the severity of the changes, it will be at the sole discretion of ESPO to suspend or even permanently remove the Supplier from the Framework.<br><br>ESPO shall monitor the Suppliers' performance against the set framework key performance indicators.<br><br>MI and rebate to be collected quarterly.</p> <p>Note: The Closing date for submission of Tenders has been extended to 12:00, 06 March 2023.</p> Keywords: 628, 628_23, Security, Detection, Surveillance
