Tender description

The University has several smaller projects to advance during the next three years which will require the selective input of external consultants. Types of projects include inter alia laboratory refurbishments, office alterations, teaching room alterations, lecture theatre alterations, specialist workshop refurbishments, IT suit refurbishments, leisure facility alterations, library alterations to existing buildings of various types. Cost range for individual projects 5,000.00 GBP to 1,000,000.00 GBP in construction value.
