The work can be summarised as follows: Works will be to Fife Council owned Domestic & Non-Domestic properties. Preservation and rot treatment: Renewing infected timber. Removal of timber safe lintels and replacing with pre-stressed concrete lintels. Plasterwork. Inorganic preservative, chemical treatments. Ancillary Items: Work in connection with existing kitchen fitments, sanitary appliances, central heating appliances, gas fittings and electrical fittings. Damp Proofing Works: Chemical damp proof courses. Plastic damp proof courses. Associated works
