The Provision of a Parental Engagement Partnership

Tender description

Renfrewshire Council have appointed a contractor to enhance staff understanding of the value of parental engagement and to identify, gather and analyse evidence in relation to current support for parental engagement in Renfrewshire. This project will: Collect, collate, evaluate and present in a report, good practice taking place throughout schools and settings in Renfrewshire. Provide training for staff in relation to the value of and support for parental engagement in learning (moving on from parental involvement). In particular, this project will work with senior leaders to support the embedding of a culture of beneficial relationships between parents and school staff. Provide recommendations for the Local Authority, to support its work in relation to the Scottish Attainment Challenge and the National Improvement Framework.
