In the continually changing market in which we operate, EirGrid Group has an ongoing requirement to partner with talent acquisition specialists to drive the sourcing of high-calibre talent into our business in Ireland and Northern Ireland. EirGrid is tendering for these services in 3 Lots - see below for overview. Candidates are invited to submit a qualification application for inclusion on the tender list for one or more of the applicable Lots in accordance with this PQQ. • Lot 1: Talent Acquisition Specialist Partners – Engineering and Project Management • Lot 2: Talent Acquisition Specialist Partners – Information Technology (IT) • Lot 3: Talent Acquisition Specialist Partners – All Other EirGrid intends to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement with 3 Lots. The Framework shall be operated in line with the rules set out in the Framework Agreement and outlined in Section 5 the Scope of Requirements. The total duration of this Framework Agreement will be three years, with the possibility to extend for up to five additional periods of 12 months, subject always to the satisfactory performance of each successful supplier.
