Staff Online OTL and CPD System

To allow the recording and monitoring of staff observaton of teaching and learning (OTL) , continued professional development (CPD), staff objectives and allowing staff to rate themselves against the professoinal standards and setting staff objectives for the academic year. Which can then be accessed by the individual staff member, their manager and members of the senior management team. The current process of recording OTLs and staff CPD is usng seperate word documents which can not be easily accessed by those that need to and these are held separate from one another, making it difficult to report on for auditing purposes (e.g. OfSted visits).
