Single Supply Framework for Photography Services

Tender description

This Request for Tender refers to the photography service required by SOLAS in relation to Employee Development initiatives, with a particular focus on Skills to Advance. The successful Tenderer will be required to photograph and edit photos to be used in campaigns to successfully promote Employee Development initiatives and campaigns arising during the contract period. This contract will include the following: • Set up of shoots using real employees/employers (not models) in work settings • Stylist services, if required • Photography and editing services to produce images for use in a range of campaigns • Provision of images in a format that is compatible with specified promotional channels • Liaison as required with the Client’s internal divisions, external stakeholders, any partner organisations or 3rd party service providers including SOLAS’s Public Relations and Media Agencies and any other nominated suppliers. This is to ensure all photo outputs and solutions are fully integrated with other aspects of campaigns, offer effective resource allocation, value for money and are client-centered. • Provision of a detailed budget breakdown for all costs associated with the image creation in accordance with the SOLAS payment approvals system prior to commencement of design or production work. • Provide SOLAS with periodic, timely and accurate reporting of work in progress and costs for all photography projects.
