<p>Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to quote for development of its Levelling-Up Fund business case.</p> <p>The contract will involve developing an evidence base, business case narrative and economic modelling in support of the development of a Levelling-Up bid focussed on Sheerness, as well as the co-ordination of design and feasibility work undertaken by other consultants and which will inform the required business case.</p> <p>The contract shall commence on 14 February 2022 and terminate on 15 April 2022. The council may extend the opportunity for a further period of no more than eight weeks, subject to government guidance regarding submission timescales. The bidder/s who submit/s the Most Economically Advantageous Quotation will be awarded the contract.</p> <p>Expressions of Interest and the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document must be submitted / uploaded on the Council's e-procurement portal.
