Residential accommodation for children and young people (CYP) aged 7 years up to age 25 years who have learning disabilities and/or autism and complex behaviours who can no longer be managed within the family home. One home in South West Ipswich (Wherstead) will accommodate up to four children. A second solo Children’s home which will come under the same registration is located in an emergency bed bungalow (Shotley). The solo accommodation will be used on an as required basis. The two accommodations will be leased to the service contractor for the period of the contract. The Contract is for the period 29th August2022 - 28th August 2026 with the option to extend for up to 36 months.Tender is advertised as an open with negotiation tender process under the Lighter Touch Regime.
