Tender description

St. Mary’s is an all-girls Secondary School, situated on Convent Hill, overlooking the town of Ballina. It is an outstanding school with a student population of almost 500 pupils. St. Mary’s has been synonymous with the education of young women since its foundation over 170 years ago by the Sisters of Mercy. This public procurement competition (the “Competition) is divided into three (3) Lots. Lot 1 Applied Technology Tools, Equipment & Machinery (List A & List B1) Lot 2 Digital Technologies for the T4 subjects (Applied Tech List B2) Lot 3 Wood Machining & Preparation Equipment Tenderers must be able to supply each item on the specification list as per the Lot tendered for (except where is says ‘optional’) as provided in the specification and descriptions documents accompanying this RFT document and must provide the relevant price in the excel pricing worksheet also. An incomplete Lot will not be considered. Note: some lists contain more than one section, in such cases the Lot comprises of all sections mentioned. Tenderers must be aware that there will only be a tight opportunity from purchase order placement and for delivery and installation. If the successful Tenderer cannot meet the delivery requirements they state, the Contracting Authority has the prerogative to procure from the second highest ranked Tenderer.
