Repair, cleaning and maintenance of roof, gutters and windows

Tender description

All properties will require a full roof inspection with a report for each property issued annually, highlighting the current condition of the roof. Any sections of the Gutters / Downpipes, fascia’s & soffits that are found to be broken or needs attention / replacement needs to be highlighted in the submitted report .All properties will require that the gutters and down pipes are cleared of any debris and then washed down to remove any algae build up on a bi-annual basis.All outside windows and frames for each listed Property are to be cleaned on a bi-annual basis ensuring that there are no smears visible when completed.
