Tender description

In order to help meet the aspirations contained within our EV Charging Point Strategy and effectively respond to the Climate Emergency, Waltham Forest Council would like to introduce a Rapid EV Charging Hub in Walthamstow. It is anticipated that this would be a flagship Hub for the borough and would provide a significant number of rapid EV charging points alongside other facilities that would support low-emission transport modes alongside encourage users to use local businesses and amenities whilst their vehicles are charging. This commission is to review baseline information and provide an area appraisal study and initial scoping exercise.
