Tender description

Convert space to accommodate laundry un/loading and create new entrance for Mortuary that enables compliant bariatric movement to Enable the freeing-up of busy loading bay space and reduces risk. Improved laundry infection control and enhancement of loading bay safety as this function will be all that the area operates. Remove and store metal ramp and railings. Create concrete slab (approx. 8m x 3.5m) to fall for access to by-folding loading bay doors as per drawing.
