Tender description

Cardiff University (the “University”) is undertaking a competitive tender process under the Open Procedure, in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (the “Regulations”). The University will be running this process as an Open Procedure advertised both on ‘Find a Tender’ and Sell2Wales. The TRH cleanroom facility requires a 200 mm wafer compatible UV mask aligner to enable processing larger semiconductor wafers up to 200mm in diameter. Additionally, transitioning to an LED lamp module would allow for increased exposure control, repeatability, and efficiency.
