Tender description
The existing insulation and roof covering will be stripped back to the existing deck and a new Bauder Total Roof System installed. • Upgrade the Thermal performance of the existing roofs; • Install new Flat Roof Bauder System to provide a 20yr insurance backed warranty; • Upgrade the roof drainage; • Provide new Fascia boards as required; • Existing Roof lights to be changed to Triple Skin Rooflights.
