IEG4 Import final setup & completion

Tender description

Following the Cyber attack, the Revs & Bens Comino document management system has now been restored and all forms, claims and evidence that were stored in the interim on the IEG4 servers are now being moved to Comino. The unvalidated data and forms being uploaded has required more manual intervention than was originally envisaged and the consultancy days have been used up. An extra 13 days are needed to complete the import of the data and set up the daily upload of the IEG4 forms submitted into Comino. This will mean that all claim details are in one place, further processing on claims can continue and there is an audit trail.
