First Choice Homes are seeking to appoint a single provider for each of the following Lots LOT 1 Gas Servicing and comprehensive maintenance contract LOT 2 Gas Boiler replacement contract LOT 3 Communal systems Gas Servicing and maintenance contract Lot 1: Gas Servicing and Comprehensive Maintenance First Choice Homes Oldham is looking to procure a new Gas Servicing and comprehensive maintenance contract to comply with the relevant heating and gas regulations in force. Prospective contractors are asked to provide initial expressions of interest to deliver a contract of service to include the elements below for a period of 3 years from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2025. This may be extended for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and solvency of the successful contractor. Prospective contractors are also encouraged to advise if other sustainable options for providing heating and hot water are appropriate for the homes in question where a replacement heating system is needed. Lot 2: Reactive Heating Installation First Choice Homes Oldham is looking to procure a new Gas Boiler replacement contract to meet its customer obligations and maintain the quality of life for our customers. These boilers are in our customers’ homes and are generally gas fired condensing combination boilers. First Choice Homes general boiler of choice is currently the Vaillant 28kw range although as indicated in the main Tender Supporting Document FCHO reserve the right to change this and / or to require the appointed tenderer to utilise FCHOs materials supply chain for boilers and / or radiators as applicable. Lot 3: District and Communal Heating, Service and Comprehensive Maintenance First Choice Homes Oldham is looking to procure a new Gas Servicing and maintenance contract to comply with the relevant heating and gas regulations in force for its communal heating systems which are gas fired. Maintenance of other plant equipment i.e. buffers, pumps, filling units should be included
