Feasibility Study for Replacement of Cremators at Bramcote Crematorium

Tender description

Bramcote Crematorium currently has two gas Cremators, which were commissioned in 1997. One is an FT/2 double ended cremator and the other a 300/2 double ended cremator. These are nearing the end of their useful working life. Broxtowe Borough Council wishes to replace the current Cremators to ensure it can continue to provide an effective and efficient Cremation service. As part of its Green Agenda, the Council requires a solution which, whilst it must be affordable, minimises the use of fossil fuels and subsequent emissions, from the whole process. The Feasibility Study should include all the options currently available and provide information to allow strategic decisions to be made.
