<p>St Helens Borough Council wish to commission an Arts and Cultural Organisation to plan and deliver two family events, one in St Helens Town Centre and the other in Earlestown Town Centre during February - March 2022 period. The activity is funded through the Welcome Back Fund, which is funded by the European Development Fund, and should contribute to attracting residents back into the town centre. Please register an interest to gain access to the ITT documentation, this document contains the details required to enable interested parties to submit a bid. As per ERDF contractual requirements the entire implementation must be completed and invoiced ahead of the 31st March 2022 deadline This is a single stage process and bidders will be required to complete the Suitability Questionnaire, the Questionnaire sets out the information which is required by the Authority in order to assess the suitability of potential Suppliers to provide the required services in terms of their technical knowledge and experience, capability/capacity, organisational and financial standing within the parameters laid out in the Regulations. Upon the satisfactory completion of the tender process the Contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender. This is a combination of the price/cost provision and quality/service aspects of your bid, following completion of the evaluation process. Criteria: Weighting Split: Price &ndash; 10% Quality ITT Submission Response - 70% Presentation/Interview - 20% Total - 100% No tender documents will be sent to you &ndash; you need to navigate to the &ldquo;my opportunities&rdquo; section and download the documents from the Chest website.
