The Department for Economy (DfE) Audit Authority in Northern Ireland is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement of appropriately skilled Service Providers through the Open Competition process, to assist in the completion of Article 127 audits of operations on projects part funded by: the 2014-2020 European Structural Investment Funds (ESI Funds) ie the European Social Fund (ESF) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
