CPS-13973-2021: Appointment of a Multidisciplinary Consultancy Organisation to survey and deliver capital improvement across Schools in Brent

Tender description

Brent Council (“the Council”) is the responsible body for the community and foundation schools and nursery schools in Brent and has a duty to undertake major projects at these schools to ensure the buildings are weather tight and provide a safe environment for education. In order to meet the Council’s responsibilities, the Council wishes the successful tenderer to carry out building condition surveys and Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) surveys across the portfolio in order to provide up-to-date building condition and M&E information on the Council’s school buildings. This information is then to be put into a three year programme (for the years 2023 – 2025) and then the tenderer will be expected to design and manage the projects within the programme during this period.
