Tender description

Provision of Concierge and Security services to a number of residential properties located in Coventry and Wolverhampton in the West Midlands. These properties house vulnerable people, people with disabilities and young adults. The services required will include but not limited to Ensure ongoing monitoring of security within the property and perimeter with routine patrols Security presence must be on site at all times during the specified/contracted times Respond to serious incidents of anti-social behaviour or other matters which impact on the immediate security of the building or the safety of residents or other occupants by contacting the emergency services Monitor visitors in the property and record any unauthorised access to the building after 2230 Maintain detailed, legible and accurate records through each shift of Observations and responses, making available for the Authority staff for handover Respond to any main power supply failures by either internal resolution (fuse board) or contact with utility suppliers if required Additional information: This tender is being conducted through GreenSquareAccord`s Supplier Portal and all documentation is only available via this portal - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/greensquare Submissions must be made via this portal.
