Intrusive investigatory works to Building 3 of the Lasdun Wall at UEA's main campus to expose, survey and sample the existing structure; test the structural properties of the existing construction materials; assess the condition and durability of the existing structure and cladding and record construction details of the existing structure. The information obtained is required to enable structural assessment of the existing members and the design of the new permanent structural works; Inform the design of any remedial works to extend the serviceable life of any deteriorated elements.
