Approved Provider List for Primary Care Services in Community Pharmacies in North Yorkshire

Tender description

he Council wishes to implement an Approved Provider List (APL) for the Provision of Public Health Commissioned Primary Care Services in Community Pharmacies in North Yorkshire. The APL is open for any Community Pharmacy within North Yorkshire to apply. The Services that are commissioned through the APL are: • Needle and Syringe Programme and Harm Reduction Service • Supervised Consumption Service • Community Pharmacy Falls Prevention Service • Targeted Primary Care Sexual Health Service • Alcohol Identification and Brief Advice (IBA) • NYCC Employee Flu Vaccination Service Further information regarding these Services is available in Section 2 – Service Specifications.
