Advertising and Media Engagement Procurement

Tender description

Haven Gateway Partnership would like to appoint an advertising and media engagement agency: -to design and implement advertising and media engagement strategies, raising awareness of the project, and generating member sign-ups over the next four months (until 30th June 2022) -to work with the Harlow Procurement Portal team and any appointed design and branding agencies to produce ad creatives and messaging -to advise the Harlow Procurement Portal team on the optimum advertising methods, additional to the existing communications plans (outside of this appointment) -to leverage new and existing media relationships and knowledge to raise awareness of the project among local businesses. Additional information: The service is being procured under the Haven Gateway Partnership which is a public/private organisation working together to promote sustainable and inclusive economic growth principally for North Essex and South Suffolk. Essex County Council is the accountable body for the Haven Gateway Partnership and the Harlow Procurement Portal Project, so all contracts are awarded via Essex County Council systems and processes.
