Travelling Exhibition

Tender description

Zero Waste Scotland requires a supplier to deliver a tour around Scotland to drive awareness and engagement with the Circular Economy Bill consultation. Edinburgh Science have previously developed an exhibition, CONSUMED, which focuses on the issue of tackling over consumption to reduce the impact on the planet’s limited resources and climate change and is ideally suited to this purpose. The exhibition seeks to drive awareness of the issue and how citizens in Scotland, and the world, can tackle it through circular living. Edinburgh Science will use their existing assets for the exhibition and add additional messaging from Zero Waste Scotland on the topic of consumption, the circular economy and the forthcoming CE Bill. The tour will take place during the consultation period (July/Aug) to drive engagement in the consultation. Edinburgh Science colleagues will manage all logistics and event requirements. The Edinburgh Science team will provide additional communications resource in the form of spokespeople on behalf of Zero Waste Scotland to provide citizens attending the exhibition with core information about overconsumption, the circular economy and the CE Bill consultation. The immediate availability of a suitable exhibition resources from Edinburgh Science allow the consultation to be supported through this direct award to Edinburgh Science. Lot 1: Services to provide a travelling exhibition, including installation, temporary staffing, accommodation outwith the central belt, including provision of existing collateral (existing IPR owned by the supplier), venue hire, tour set up and project management and associated production costs.
