The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi-party party framework agreement for the provision of Irish Language Translation Services for Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board. The framework agreement will be established as a multi-party framework agreement with 3 number of operators (minimum of two), subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules.
