Supply and Delivery of Miscellaneous Road Materials Products

Tender description

The Council’s Roads and Transportation Service have an ongoing requirement for the supply and delivery of miscellaneous road materials products as part of maintaining the Council’s roads network. The Procurement Service have identified a suitable and accessible Framework as follows: - Scotland Excel Framework for Road Maintenance Materials, 30-17, Lot 7: Miscellaneous Roads Products. The Framework Period is 17 September 2018 until 31 August 2022, OJEU Reference:2018/S 104-237181 The procurement process was based on a Call-off via Direct Award from the Scotland Excel Framework for Road Maintenance Materials, 30-17 - Lot 7 Miscellaneous Roads Products. The Council’s Procurement Service undertook a benchmarking exercise based on the Council’s requirements based on their basket of goods to determine the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) and it was concluded that P F Cusack (Tools Supplies) Ltd provided best value to the Council. In addition P F Cusack (Tool Supplies) Ltd were ranked first based on MEAT on the Scotland Excel Framework for Road Maintenance Materials, 30-17 - Lot 7.
