Notice of abandonment of procurement. In accordance with Regulation 55 (1) Public Contracts Regulations 2015 we advise you that we no longer intend to continue with this competitive procurement process commenced by the FTS Notice dispatched on 22 July 2022 under reference 2022/S 000-020058 for the above Contract for the following reasons. — Insufficient number of compliant Tenders. Lot 1: For the provision of Security Services and CCTV Monitoring, to contribute to the security and customer service needs of the Council.
