Tender description
Structural Engineering Design & Certification services for the complete internal and external refurbishment of 2 existing buildings including the removal of existing timber floors to be replaced by precast concrete flooring and requisite steelwork supporting structure. The existing building structures will need to be assessed and any structural issues identified and rectified. Also, the provision of a new public car park will require the design of in-situ RC retaining walls.
