RFE - support for pensioners

Tender description

Support for pensioners - Age Concern will be working in partnership with the LA. They will identify and reach vulnerable households not identified through local authority data sets through existing networks, relationships with their extensive list of service users and through engaging with other groups to encourage signposting to this support. They will also act as a trusted partner for elderly residents contacted by the council who may need assurance or practical help to access the support being offered. They will also provide the local authority with details of service users who need support, who the LA would otherwise be unaware of.
