United Utilities (UU) has a requirement for a recruitment service provider for both permanent and temporary recruitment services. The types of roles are split into the following sub categories; • Customer Service • IT • Operations • Engineering UU requires a provider to have core capability in the areas of; o Contingent workers o Niche external permanent recruitment o Campaign activity o Recruitment administration support for recruitment spikes o Background Screening o Building and managing talent communities o Pre- placement and Health Surveillance for contingent workers o Selection and assessment o VMS solution o ATS solution Lot 1: United Utilities (UU) has a requirement for a recruitment service provider for both permanent and temporary recruitment services.
