<p>This procurement is being conducted via a further competition through the CCS Audio Visual Technical Consultancy &amp; Commissioning DPS and will be bound by the associated terms and conditions. Only suppliers who are registered under the aforementioned DPS will be permitted to participate.</p> <p>Peterborough City Council (PCC) has always allowed its staff to work flexibly and has since adapted to be more agile working particularly around Covid-19 restrictions. It is important for the business and staff to have the ability and connectivity to work effectively at home as they would in the office. For the purposes of this procurement the location under consideration is the Town Hall building, specifically the rooms listed below. The Council Chamber – located on the first floor is the larger of the rooms has high ceilings and fixed features, furniture, and carpeting with no air-conditioning system. The Viersen and Bourges rooms – located on the first floor and are inter-connected however each require independent audio-visual equipment with the option to use the rooms as a one for larger meetings. The room is carpeted and has wall panels. There is no air conditioning system. PCC require the installation of audio visual (AV) equipment to all three rooms that is compatible with Microsoft Teams to enable flexible and remote council meetings to be conducted, reduce travel and support external access to non-PCC parties for collaborative working. Tenderers will be expected to visit the Town Hall during the ITT stage and conduct a survey of each room to aid them in designing their proposed AV Package.</p> Keywords: Audio, Visual, Audio Visual, Video Conferencing
