The scope of the service provided is a registry for patients who are eligible for cardiac rehabilitation in England. The commissioned registry will continue to provide an online platform to receive data from service providers. The commissioned registry will continue to provide an online platform to receive data from service providers. Data entry queries are managed by the NACR Team and by NHS Digital support. This fulfils all relevant data governance requirements (e.g. GPDR, section 251 approval, NHS toolkit). The NACR provides analysis of data and produce anonymised monthly reports for service providers, and quarterly reports for systems and NHSEI, focusing on service delivery quality, and to highlight any service inequalities. Service requests for tailored reports are also supported.
