You are invited to submit a tender for the over cladding of the demountable classrooms at Nant Y Parc Primary School, Commercial Street, Senghenydd, Caerphilly, CF83 4GY. The scope of the project is fully described in the tender docs but in summary the scope is: -Take off existing cladding boards, make good existing substructure, -Provide vapour membrane and counter battening to existing building. -Provide Cedral Cladding. (or similar approved) -Form new reveals to all window and door openings, provide new quoins. -Provide cover flashings to head of new cladding -Take off and refit existing downpipes -Take off and refit existing cabling -Protect existing doors and windows and refit on completion of the works
