Tender description

LCC is seeking a new contractor to undertake development works to create a community garden. Grant funding has been secured to complete the project. The project is community led and to date, the proposed site for development has been cleared of unsafe play equipment and shrub beds have been replanted by a local community group. An initial survey and investigation of the ground will be carried out by an LCC internal team to establish drainage conditions and tree planting feasibility.
